Istoria Religiilor in 90 de secunde

Apariţia şi rǎspândirea principalelor religii pe glob (în ordine cronologicǎ: Hinduism, Iudaism, Budism, Creştinism şi Islam), într-un filmuleţ de animaţie de 90 de secunde, uşor de înţeles.



Notǎ: aş avea nişte mici obiecţii, legat de faptul cǎ animaţia ignorǎ rolul dominant pe care l-a avut Budismul în India, în perioada imperiului Maurya, cu accent pe domnia lui Ashoka cel Mare, însǎ trebuie menţionat cǎ Hinduismul, având un caracter foarte eterogen, a integrat şi doctrina budistǎ, declarândul pe Siddhartha Gautama ca "penultimul avatar al lui Vishnu" (ultimul urmând sǎ vinǎ). Deci oarecum e scuzabil acest detaliu, asupra cǎruia m-am oprit, deşi se putea reprezenta haşurat, ca o suprapunere de 2 religii.

E bine. A nimerit una - "fundamentalismul religios". Problema e cǎ ţine de ograda lui.

Materialismul si fundamentalismul religios reprezinta cele doua principale "stari patologice periculoase" care ameninta Africa, a declarat duminica Papa Benedict al XVI-lea, la messa de deschidere a sinodului pentru Africa, in fata a peste 200 de episcopi de pe continent, relateaza AFP.

"Africa reprezinta un imens plaman spiritual pentru o umanitate care se confrunta cu o criza de credinta si de speranta", dar acest "plaman" este atacat de doua "stari patologice periculoase", a afirmat Papa.

In primul rand, este vorba despre "materialism, combinat cu gandirea relativista si nihilista", care, potrivit lui, a fost exportat aici de civilizatia occidentala. Din acest punct de vedere, a continuat Benedict al XV-lea, "colonialismul, incheiat pe plan politic, nu a fost inca desavarasit".

Al doilea "virus", crede Sfantul Parinte, este "fundamentalismul religios" .

De acord. Sǎ-şi facǎ autocritica şi sa îşi dea demisia.

Papa, care a efectuat un turneu in Camerun si in Angola in martie, provocand o polemica legata de SIDA si folosirea prezervativelor, a pledat si pentru institutia casatoriei.

Observaţi cât de inofensivǎ pare acţiunea lui Ratzi? Papa n-a provocat numai polemica, ci şi mii de morţi inutile prin sfaturile sale criminale.

"Africa ar putea sa-si gaseasca resurse imense daca acorda prioritate familiei, fondata pe casatorie", a subliniat el.

Eu aş zice "dacǎ acordǎ prioritate educaţiei", şi nu aia religioasǎ, ci cea raţionalǎ. Iatǎ totuşi ce poate face (auto)educaţia:

Festival de Film "Liber-cugetatorul"

FFFF (Freetought Film Festival Foundation) pune la cale un Festival de Film pe teme raţionale, în luna noiembrie a anului 2010, în localitatea Tampa, din statul american Florida. Iatǎ ce au de spus despre acest festival:
